1- Policy Statement

3- Objectives
Ensure equal access to training, facilities, and support.
Eliminate discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
Foster an inclusive culture where diversity is valued.
Encourage learners and staff to challenge inappropriate behavior.
4- Responsibilities
Management: Promote and monitor equality and diversity practices.
Staff & Trainers: Model inclusive behavior, challenge discrimination, and support diverse learning needs.
Learners: Respect others, comply with policies, and report issues.
5- Implementation
Provide equality and diversity training to staff and learners.
Make reasonable adjustments for learners with additional needs.
Ensure recruitment, admissions, and progression are fair and transparent.
6- Monitoring & Review
Collect and monitor data on participation and outcomes.
Regularly review practices to ensure equality and inclusion.
Policy reviewed annually.
