  • Ensure equal access to training, facilities, and support.

  • Eliminate discrimination, harassment, and bullying.

  • Foster an inclusive culture where diversity is valued.

  • Encourage learners and staff to challenge inappropriate behavior.

 4- Responsibilities

  • Management: Promote and monitor equality and diversity practices.

  • Staff & Trainers: Model inclusive behavior, challenge discrimination, and support diverse learning needs.

  • Learners: Respect others, comply with policies, and report issues.

 5- Implementation

  • Provide equality and diversity training to staff and learners.

  • Make reasonable adjustments for learners with additional needs.

  • Ensure recruitment, admissions, and progression are fair and transparent.

 6- Monitoring & Review

  • Collect and monitor data on participation and outcomes.

  • Regularly review practices to ensure equality and inclusion.

  • Policy reviewed annually.
