It ensures fairness, transparency, and compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.<\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;2-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>This policy applies to:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>All students enrolled in training programs.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>All courses delivered by IIE.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Staff responsible for managing enrolments and training schedules.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;3-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Policy Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>IIE is committed to:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Providing clear cancellation, withdrawal, and refund conditions to students prior to enrolment.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Ensuring cancellations are managed promptly, fairly, and in line with regulatory requirements.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Minimizing disruption by rescheduling cancelled courses wherever possible.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;4-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Student Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;1-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Withdrawal Prior to Course Commencement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Written notice must be provided.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Full or partial refund may apply depending on the timeframe (100% refund if more than 10 business days before start date, 50% refund if less than 10 business days, no refund once training has commenced).<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;2-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Withdrawal After Course Commencement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>No refund of tuition fees once the course has started, unless exceptional circumstances are approved by management.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Students may transfer to a future course (subject to availability and approval).<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;3-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Non-Attendance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of fees.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;4-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Special Circumstances<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Consideration may be given for medical emergencies, compassionate grounds, or other extenuating circumstances (evidence required).<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;5-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Training Centre Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;1-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Course Cancellation by Training Centre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>IIE reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrolments, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Students will be offered:<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>A full refund of fees paid, OR<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Transfer to an alternative date\/course without penalty.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;2-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Notification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Students will be notified of cancellations or changes as soon as possible (via email, phone, or written communication).<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;6-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Refunds will be processed within [X] business days of receiving a written request or confirmation of course cancellation.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Refunds are paid using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;7-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Administration Staff<\/strong>: Process cancellation requests and refunds.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Trainers\/Managers<\/strong>: Notify students of course cancellations and support rescheduling.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Students<\/strong>: Provide timely written notice of cancellation and comply with policy requirements.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;8-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Review<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance with legislation, funding body requirements, and continuous improvement practices<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cancellations Policy &nbsp; &nbsp;1-&nbsp;&nbsp;Purpose This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling training enrolments or scheduled courses.
