requirements and expectations for student attendance and punctuality to ensure successful participation, compliance with IIE standards, and a positive learning environment.<\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;2-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>This policy applies to all students enrolled in training programs and to staff responsible for monitoring attendance.<\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;3-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Policy Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>IIE is committed to:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Maintaining high standards of attendance and punctuality to support learning outcomes.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Monitoring attendance in line with funding, licensing, or regulatory requirements.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Supporting students to overcome barriers affecting their ability to attend classes regularly and on time.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;4-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Attendance Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;1-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Minimum Attendance Standard<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Students are expected to attend&nbsp;<strong>at least 80\u201390%<\/strong>of scheduled classes (or as required by specific program regulations).<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Attendance is recorded for each class\/session.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;2-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Notification of Absence<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Students must notify IIE as soon as possible if unable to attend due to illness or other reasons.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Supporting evidence (e.g., medical Sessions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Where possible, students may be required to attend catch-up sessions or complete additional work to cover missed style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Issued a written warning if no improvement.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">3- Referred to management for further action, which may include suspension or cancellation of enrolment (in line with regulatory requirements).<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;7-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Students<\/strong>: Attend classes regularly and punctually, notify of absences, and provide evidence when required.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Trainers\/Assessors<\/strong>: Accurately record attendance and address issues of lateness or absenteeism.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Administration\/Management<\/strong>: Monitor attendance records and implement intervention strategies where
