It aims to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all.<\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;2-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>This policy applies to all students enrolled in training programs and to all activities conducted under IIE, including on-site, online, and at external training\/work placement sites.<\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;3-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Policy Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>IIE is committed to providing an environment that:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Encourages learning and development.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Respects the rights of all students, staff, and stakeholders.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Maintains fairness, equity, and safety at all times.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;4-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Student Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3><u>Students are expected to:<\/u><\/h3>\n<h3><strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">1- Respect and Courtesy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Treat trainers, staff, and fellow students with dignity and respect.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Avoid harassment, bullying, or discrimination.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;2-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Learning Commitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Attend and participate in classes regularly and punctually.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Submit assessments honestly and on time, without plagiarism or cheating.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;3-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Health and Safety<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Behave responsibly on training premises and during external activities.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp; &nbsp;4-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Use of Resources<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Use equipment, facilities, and technology responsibly.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Refrain from damaging, misusing, or removing property belonging to IIE or others.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">5- Professional Behaviour<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Communicate respectfully (in person, online, or in writing).<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or offensive behavior.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Not bring illegal substances, alcohol, or weapons onto training premises.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;5-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Misconduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3><u>Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:<\/u><\/h3>\n<h3><u>&nbsp;<\/u><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Harassment, bullying, or discrimination.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Cheating, plagiarism, or other forms of academic dishonesty.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Theft, vandalism, or misuse of property.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Possession or use of illegal substances or weapons.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Repeated non-compliance with policies or trainer instructions.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;6-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Consequences of Misconduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3><u>If a student breaches this policy, actions may include:<\/u><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;1-&nbsp;<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Verbal warning.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">2- Written warning.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">3- Temporary suspension from training.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">4- Cancellation of enrolment.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">5- Referral to external authorities if the behavior is unlawful.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>The seriousness of the misconduct will determine the level of action taken.<\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;7-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Appeals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>Students have the right to appeal decisions related to misconduct through the IIE\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>Complaints and Appeals Policy<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3>&nbsp;8-&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Students<\/strong>: Comply with this policy at all times.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Trainers\/Assessors<\/strong>: Promote positive conduct, address issues promptly, and report serious breaches.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Management\/Administration<\/strong>: Investigate misconduct and apply consequences fairly and consistently.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3>&nbsp;9 &#8211;&nbsp;<strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Review<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure fairness, effectiveness, and alignment with current legislation and IIE standards.<\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Student Conduct Policy &nbsp;1-&nbsp;Purpose &nbsp;
