Unit 01
Functions and Parties Involved in Reinsurance
Learning objectives

- Explain the functions of reinsurance.
- Describe the parties involved in a reinsurance contract, the nature of their involvement and their contractual relationships.
- Identify the objectives of the contracting parties.

Types of Reinsurance
